Notice is hereby given that the Bruce Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 2, 2025, beginning at 6:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows, at the Bruce Township Hall, 223 East Gates Street, Romeo, MI 48065.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a request for a variance submitted by Christian Contarino of Quadrate Construction. The applicant is seeking a variance from Section 161-3.1.16.D, which a maximum building height in the LI-1 Light Industrial of 40 feet. The proposed building has a height of 45 feet, 6 inches. The property in question is a vacant property on the east side of Brue Tech Park Drive north of 33 Mile Road, (Parcels 14-01-25-400-022, 71701 Bruce Tech Park Drive).
A complete copy of the application for a variance may be examined at Bruce Township Hall, 223 East Gates Street, Romeo, MI 48065, prior to the public hearing, during the Township’s regular business hours, Monday through Wednesday, 7:30 AM through 4:30 PM and Thursday, 8:30 AM through 4:30 PM. Written comments may be addressed to the Zoning Board of Appeals at the Township Hall address. Oral comments will be taken during the hearing on June 2, 2025.
