Notice is hereby given that the Bruce Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 beginning at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows, at the Bruce Township Hall, 223 East Gates Street, Romeo, MI 48065.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a request for special land use approval submitted by David Thompson. The applicant is seeking a special land use approval to permit a detached accessory building that will exceed the square footage permitted without special approval (approximately 2,016 square feet versus the permitted 1,700 square feet). The property for which the special land use approval is sought is 7763 33 Mile Rd.
A complete copy of the application for special land use may be examined at Bruce Township Hall, 223 East Gates Street, Romeo, MI 48065, prior to the public hearing, during the Township’s regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM through 4:30 PM. Written comments may be addressed to the Planning Commission at the Township Hall address. Oral comments will be taken during the hearing on April 7, 2021.
This notice is published pursuant to the requirements of the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, PA 110 of 2006, as amended.
