Notice is hereby given that the Bruce Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 beginning at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows, at the Bruce Township Hall, 223 East Gates Street, Romeo, MI 48065.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on two amendments:
- Amendment to Section 161-3.8 and 161-3.9, to add a new item I to each section with the following language: “Dedicated sales offices are not permitted.”
A complete copy of the amendment may be examined at Bruce Township Hall, 223 East Gates Street, Romeo, MI 48065, prior to the public hearing, during the Township’s regular business hours, Monday through Wednesday, 7:30 AM through 4:30 PM and Thursday, 8:30 AM through 4:30 PM. Written comments may be addressed to the Zoning Board of Appeals at the Township Hall address. Oral comments will be taken during the hearing on December 7, 2022.
This notice is published pursuant to the requirements of the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, PA 110 of 2006, as amended.
