Notice is hereby given that the Bruce Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 beginning at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows, at the Bruce Township Hall, 223 East Gates Street, Romeo, MI 48065.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a request for rezoning submitted by Andrew Harlow. The applicant is seeking to rezone 70424 Van Dyke Rd, at the corner of Van Dyke and Kaeding Rd, from C-1 Local Commercial to RM-3 Multiple Family (parcel ID 14-01-35-101-011).
A complete copy of the application for a variance may be examined at Bruce Township Hall, 223 East Gates Street, Romeo, MI 48065, prior to the public hearing, during the Township’s regular business hours, Monday through Wednesday, 7:30 AM through 4:30 PM and Thursday, 8:30 AM through 4:30 PM. Written comments may be addressed to the Planning Commission at the Township Hall address. Oral comments will be taken during the hearing on December 7, 2022.
