Election News

In November 2022, Michigan voters overwhelmingly approved a constitutional amendment (proposal 2) that gives voters the right to vote early and in person at early voting sites before statewide and federal elections.

Voter Registration

Where can I register to vote in-person?

You may register to vote at the Clerk’s office during office hours or at any Secretary of State Office.

Early voting

With the passage of Proposal 22-2, voters now have the right to vote in-person at an early voting site prior to Election Day for all Statewide and Federal election.

2024 Early Voting Schedule: 

  • Days: Early Voting is open nine (9) consecutive days beginning on the second Saturday prior to the election and ending on the Sunday prior to the election.
  • Time: Early Voting is 8:30 am – 4:30 pm daily
  • Primary Early Voting Period: Saturday, October 26, 2024 – November 3, 2024
