Notice is hereby given that the Bruce Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 beginning at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows, at the Bruce Township Hall, 223 East Gates Street, Romeo, MI 48065.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a request submitted by Tom Siracoff to rezone the property at 156 W Gates Street (parcel ID 01-35-151-025) from R-1-B Single-Family Residential to R1-C Single-Family Residential. The parcel in question is approximately 5 acres.
A complete copy of the application for rezoning may be examined at Bruce Township Hall, 223 East Gates Street, Romeo, MI 48065, prior to the public hearing, during the Township’s regular business hours, Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM through 4:30 PM. Written comments may be addressed to the Planning Commission at the Township Hall address. Oral comments will be taken during the hearing on July 5, 2023.
This notice is published pursuant to the requirements of the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, PA 110 of 2006, as amended.
